    We were the first Christmas Decor franchise service providers in the northeast, since 1997! We excel at providing the best service to residential clients and large-scale commercial and municipal clientele. We accomplish this by offering our unequivocal attention to every detail, and by using only high-quality, cutting edge products.
  • What type of training does your staff receive?
    All of our staff receive classroom and field training, OSHA Safety Training, ladder safety, and bucket lift operation training, as well as customer service training.
  • Is your company insured?
    Yes. We carry liability and workman's compensation insurance.
  • What about last-minute bookings after Thanksgiving?
    Because of who we are affiliated with, our product resources are virtually endless! We are frequently and typically able to accommodate late and last-minute bookings.
  • What if there's a problem with my equipment or if I need service or maintenance on my lighting installation?
    Our warranties vary with our permanent products depending on the type of maintenance plan you might choose. We will go over all of your options with you during the agreement phase. For seasonal holiday lighting we provide two no-charge service and maintenance visits.
  • Are there any discounts for making direct referrals?
    Yes! We base our referral bonuses on the scale of the project(s) referred. It's easy - let us know who you're referring, and if they become a first-time customer with us, we will issue an account credit to be used towards future payments on your account. We do have a minimum sale requirement for referred projects to qualify for referral bonuses, and bonuses are issued using a sliding scale related to sale amounts.
